ABOUT THE ROLE
We are searching for an ambitious, passionate Sales Development Representative with strong sales experience and excellent English communication skills to join our remote team. A background in the medical field is preferred, but not required. You will work closely with our Sales Manager and a fantastic team of healthcare professionals, virtually.

You’ll be working with an established patient base, but the real thrill comes from driving new opportunities and helping more patients connect with the care they need. You’ll be essential in providing top-notch patient service while ensuring every interaction remains professional and focused on patient well-being.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Achieve Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed sales goals.
Lead Management: Efficiently handle patient inquiries and follow-up calls.
Patient Consultation: Understand patient needs and offer tailored healthcare solutions.
Grow the Patient Base: Explore and develop new opportunities within the healthcare sector.
Sales Strategy: Develop call and email follow-up strategies (1st, 2nd, 3rd).
Collaboration: Work closely with management to uncover new sales opportunities and assist in growing the team.
Compliance: Ensure all sales activities and patient consultations align with clinic protocols.
Administrative Support: Provide general administrative and operational support as needed.

Sales Enthusiast: Passionate about sales and helping others through alternative healthcare solutions.
Strong English Communication Skills: Fluent and clear in spoken and written communication.
Phone Confidence: Comfortable with making a high volume of calls and managing patient inquiries.
Patient-Focused: Dedicated to understanding and addressing patient needs.
Empathetic Approach: Ability to provide compassionate, professional support.
Motivated & Driven: A strong desire to succeed in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Adaptability: Thrives in a fast-evolving environment.
Sales Experience: Experience in sales, patient retention, or target-driven roles is preferred.
Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with Best Practice software, Google Drive, or similar tools (training provided).
