Position Summary
As a Real Estate Agent Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in driving our brokerage's growth by attracting and recruiting licensed real estate agents. You’ll work closely with our leadership team to identify top-performing agents, create effective outreach strategies, and establish our brokerage as a top choice for agents in the market. This role requires a proactive, people-oriented professional with a deep understanding of the real estate industry and a passion for building relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Outreach: Develop and execute strategic recruiting campaigns to attract licensed real estate agents, leveraging various channels such as social media, networking events, and industry connections.
Screening & Interviewing: Conduct initial outreach and screening calls to assess candidates' fit for our brokerage. Schedule and conduct interviews, evaluating candidates’ qualifications, experience, and alignment with our culture.
Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with prospective agents by understanding their career aspirations and communicating our brokerage’s unique value proposition effectively.
Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential agents, utilizing CRM tools and tracking metrics to ensure consistent follow-up and engagement.
Onboarding Support: Work with our onboarding team to ensure smooth transitions for newly recruited agents, setting them up for success within our brokerage.
Market Insights: Stay updated on industry trends, competitive movements, and the regional real estate market to optimize recruitment strategies and ensure we attract top-tier talent.
Qualifications
Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate recruiting, talent acquisition, or a similar role within the real estate industry. Real estate license preferred but not required.
Knowledge: Strong understanding of the real estate market, agent roles, and brokerage structures.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey our brokerage’s unique value in a compelling way.
Relationship-Oriented: Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships, fostering trust and rapport with potential recruits.
Tech Savvy: Proficiency in CRM and recruiting software, as well as social media platforms used for outreach and networking.
Goal-Driven: Self-motivated with a track record of meeting or exceeding recruitment targets. Comfortable with a performance-based role.
