Work Experience: Prior experience in property management or a related field, along with experience using property management software, is preferred.

Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Assistant Property Manager to support our property management operations. The ideal candidate will handle tenant inquiries, coordinate property maintenance, and maintain accurate records of property-related transactions. This role requires strong communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle tenant inquiries, complaints, and conflicts in a professional, timely manner, ensuring excellent customer service.
Coordinate property maintenance and repairs, including scheduling contractors, supervising work quality, and ensuring tasks are completed efficiently.
Maintain accurate records of property expenses, income, and tenant information through timely data entry and reporting.
Collaborate with legal professionals to ensure compliance with local laws and regulations governing property management.
Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants through proactive communication and problem-solving.

Qualifications:
Knowledge of property management principles, practices, and local laws.
Excellent customer relationship management skills, with a strong focus on providing outstanding tenant service.
Ability to multitask and prioritize duties while maintaining attention to detail.
Proficiency in administrative tasks such as data entry, record keeping, and generating reports.
Basic understanding of property maintenance processes and the ability to coordinate repair work effectively.

Familiarity with property management software and general office applications (e.g., Appfolio, Microsoft Word, Excel) is a plus.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Problem-solving mindset with a focus on tenant satisfaction.
Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
