We are looking for an ambitious and driven Sales Director / Revenue Operations Director to spearhead the establishment and growth of our new sales office in the Philippines. As a key leader, you will be responsible for building a remote outbound sales team, driving revenue growth, and managing the overall sales operations. This is a managerial role requiring leadership experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to help shape the future of our expanding global organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the setup and development of a new sales office/remote team in the Philippines.
- Build and manage a high-performing remote outbound sales team.
- Oversee day-to-day sales operations, ensuring effective use of CRM systems and sales processes.
- Drive revenue growth by creating and implementing sales strategies.
- Manage, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals, ensuring individual and team targets are met.
- Foster strong communication across teams and offices, particularly with counterparts in the UK, Canada, and the Middle East.
- Build relationships and leverage your network to help establish a strong presence in the Philippines market.
- Collaborate with other departments to align sales efforts with company goals.
- Analyze sales data to track performance and provide insights for continuous improvement.
- Commit to the company’s long-term vision, demonstrating dedication to building and scaling the business.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a Sales Director, Revenue Operations, or similar leadership role.
- Strong background in managing and developing sales teams.
- Passionate about sales and driving business growth.
- Great communication skills, both in English and Tagalog.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales management tools.
- Big aspirations, with the vision and ambition to grow alongside a fast-paced company.
- Experience in outbound sales, with a focus on remote sales teams, is a plus.
- Strong network and connections in the Philippines sales market.
