Experienced Follow Up Specialist

We're seeking an experienced Follow-Up Specialist to join our growing team. This position offers a unique pathway from part-time to full-time employment, ideal for professionals looking to expand their career in real estate.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound calls to clients and leads
- Maintain detailed and accurate notes on client interactions
- Regularly update lead statuses in our CRM system

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in client follow-up roles
- At least 2 years of experience within the real estate industry
- Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport over the phone
- Proficiency in CRM software and data entry

Work Schedule
- Monday to Friday (US business days)
- 11 AM to 4 PM Pacific Time (PT)

Compensation
- Starting rate: $5 per hour plus commission
- Bi-weekly payment schedule
