Client Relations
Conduct onboarding calls with new clients, ensuring that accurate and complete data is entered from the start (“Good data in, Good data out”).
Maintain detailed records of all client communications, both inbound and outbound, to ensure a clear history of interactions.
Conduct proactive outreach to clients, addressing inquiries and issues promptly to build trust and rapport.
Respond to escalated client
Communicate portfolio updates, including both challenges and success stories, as needed.
Obtain client approvals per HWPM policies and secure funds as needed for property maintenance, repairs, and other client-related expenses.
Documentation & Reporting
Verify and organize all client documents, maintaining compliance with HWPM’s internal file structure standards.
Obtain client approval for maintenance work and maintain consistent communication throughout the process to keep clients informed.
Prepare and distribute regular reports on property activities, including showings, move-ins, move-outs, unit turnovers, and escalated maintenance matters.
Review client statements (Owner Statements) for accuracy before sending to clients.
Analyze and discuss showing reports weekly with clients holding vacant units, advising on market adjustments when necessary.
Aim to keep Days on Market (DOM) under 45 by providing data-driven insights and strategies to improve occupancy rates.
Oversee unit turnover processes, ensuring timely completion to minimize vacancy.
Complete monthly FTPR filings for tenants with delinquent accounts to maintain compliance and support collections.
Regulatory & Compliance
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local and state property regulations, ensuring all properties comply with changing laws.
Ensure completion and validity of all required lead certifications and registrations.
Complete and maintain all rental registrations in good standing to prevent legal or operational issues.
Financial Oversight
Set rental rates in alignment with HWPM policies and market data to optimize occupancy and profitability.
Review all client statements before distribution, ensuring clarity and accuracy in financial reporting.
Conduct monthly audits to ensure timely collection of all open payables, improving cash flow and client satisfaction.

Open Role Trial invitation(1 week)
You'll start with a short trial period to get your feet wet and learn the ropes. We'll provide all the training and support you need to succeed.
Bonus: $150
Details and Duration: Trial invitation, including a bonus for acceptance. This offer extends an invitation to participate in a trial and provides a bonus as an incentive for accepting the invitation. Trial last for 6 Calendar Days
Note: Role Trial Bonus is awarded after a successful one-week trial and has complied with employment application requirements.
Training Period
After your trial period, you'll move into a structured training program where you'll continue to learn and develop your skills. During this time, you'll earn a competitive monthly salary. Training to last 4 weeks based on performance.
Monthly Rate: $600 (approximately $3.75 per hour)
Overtime Rate: Paid at the regular rate.
Duration: 4 weeks
Probationary Tea
Once you've completed your training, you'll become a probationary employee. This is your chance to put your skills into practice and demonstrate your value to the team. Success during the probationary period is the d
Monthly Rate: $700 (approximately $4.37 per hour)
Overtime: Paid at the regular rate, capped at 10 hours per week
Duration: 12 Weeks
Regular Tea
After a successful probationary period, you'll be endorsed as a regular tea
Monthly Rate: $1,000 (approximately $6.25 per hour)
Overtime: Paid at the regular rate.
Duration: 3 months and up

Longevity and Performance-Based Raises
Year 1: Base rate of $1,100 per month, with performance-based bonuses.
Year 2: Increase to $1,200 per month (approximately $7.50 per hour) for continued strong performance and tenure
Year 3 and Beyond: Increase to $1,300 per month with a potential Annual performance-based raise of $50, DEPENDING on Remote Tea
Additional Bonuses and Benefits
13th Month Bonus: Equivalent to one month’s pay, provided each December depending on the
Performance-Based Incentives: Annual bonuses based on achieving client satisfaction.
Paid Time Off (PTO): 2.66 hours/month accrued during the first year, with incremental increases each year

4. Paid Time Off (PTO):
Months 1-12: Accrues 2.66 hours per month
Months 13-24: Accrues 3.33 hours per month

5th Year Onwards: Accrues 6 hours per month
5. Government-Mandated Benefits (Philippines) – Reimbursement:

Training Bond: A training bond applies, with half returned at the 6th month and the remaining half at the 12th month.
