The ideal candidates will have experience in the merchant services industry and a strong background in providing exceptional customer support. You will be the first point of contact for our clients, assisting with inquiries and resolving technical issues related to our products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide exceptional customer service and technical support via phone,
• Assist clients with issues related to merchant services and payment processing
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly
• Guide customers through system setups and account management
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions and support provided
• Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve customer concerns
Qualifications:
• Merchant Services Industry experience is a huge plus
• Experience in bank customer service or similar financial services role preferred
• Knowledge of merchant cash advance services is highly beneficial
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong technical aptitude and troubleshooting experience
• Customer-oriented with a focus on delivering positive outcomes
