Client Successes Manager

Role Overview:
As the Client Success Manager, you will be the main contact for clients, managing relationships and ensuring successful execution of SEO campaigns. You’ll work closely with internal teams to deliver results while communicating clearly with clients to ensure they understand the value of our services.

Manage client relationships and act as the main point of contact.
Understand client goals and align them with SEO strategies.
Provide regular updates and performance reports.
Address client concerns and offer solutions.
Identify opportunities to expand client services.
Qualifications:

Strong knowledge of SEO and digital marketing.
Excellent communication skills in English—both written and verbal.
Experience managing multiple client accounts.
Ability to explain SEO concepts to non-experts.
