Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated Technical Support Specialist with hands-on experience using the Go High Level platform to address inbound technical inquiries from our customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to troubleshoot, provide effective solutions, and communicate complex concepts in a clear, professional manner. Attention to detail is an essential part of the role, so please include the word "yellow" in the first sentence of your application. Your role will involve creating video tutorials and screen recordings to ensure clients fully understand how to resolve their issues and maximize their use of the platform.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to inbound technical support inquiries via email, phone, and live chat.
Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to the Go High Level platform, ensuring timely and accurate solutions.
Create detailed video screen recordings to demonstrate solutions, processes, and best practices.
Collaborate with the development team to escalate and resolve more complex technical issues.
Document troubleshooting steps and resolutions in an internal knowledge base.
Stay up to date with platform updates, new features, and best practices to provide accurate, relevant support.
Provide exceptional customer service by listening to client concerns, diagnosing problems efficiently, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Train clients on best practices and platform functionality to help them achieve their marketing goals.
Qualifications:

Proven experience using the Go High Level platform (required).
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze issues and identify solutions quickly.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to create clear, instructional video content.
Previous experience in a customer support or technical support role, ideally within a SaaS or digital marketing environment.
Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with digital marketing concepts and automation tools (preferred).
Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-first mindset.
Comfortable with using screen recording tools and video editing software for creating support content.
