Position Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Colours Selection Admin to join our team. This role is essential to ensure the smooth operation of our colour selection process and support the administrative needs of our construction team. The ideal candidate will have excellent organisational skills, a keen eye for design, and a passion for the construction industry.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support to the colours consultant, including scheduling appointments, preparing documents, and managing correspondence.
• Assist in the preparation and distribution of colour selection documentation, including client choices, contracts, and project plans.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client selections and preferences, ensuring timelines and budgets are adhered to.
• Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of materials and services related to colours and finishes.
• Monitor and track project expenses related to colour selections and prepare regular financial reports.
• Handle customer enquiries and provide exceptional customer service throughout the colour selection process.
• Support the implementation and maintenance of project management software and tools related to colours and finishes.
• Assist in the preparation of marketing materials and presentations for client meetings.
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably within the construction or interior design industry.
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills with a high level of attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management software.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of construction terminology and processes is an advantage.
• Knowledge of colour schemes, finishes, and materials is an added advantage.
• High level of professionalism and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
