Job Description:

We are seeking a full-time highly organized, creative, and motivated Virtual Assistant to manage the social media presence, strategy, marketing and outreach for a small portfolio of kid-focused brands (single small business owner). This long-term opportunity is perfect for someone passionate about driving sales, engagement and supporting brands that cater to parents and children.

Key Responsibilities:
• Instagram Management: Create and schedule Instagram posts, Stories, and Reels, ensuring engaging, kid-friendly content that resonates with parents.
• Creative Asset Design: Use Canva and other design tools to create fun, visually appealing content for Instagram that aligns with each brand’s identity.
• Marketing Emails & Funnels: Design and build email funnels, integrate Instagram campaigns, and manage marketing emails that drive conversions.
• Influencer Outreach: Identify and reach out to Instagram influencers for collaborations, manage relationships, and track the effectiveness of partnerships.
• Data & Analytics: Monitor Instagram analytics and other social media platforms to measure performance and optimize strategies based on insights.
• Critical Thinking & Problem-Solving: Use strong critical thinking to address challenges, improve campaigns, and ensure content is driving engagement.
• Self-Starter: Proactively develop new ideas for Instagram campaigns and strategies, helping brands grow their online presence.

Qualifications:
• Experience managing Instagram accounts, with a proven ability to grow engagement.
• Strong design skills using Canva (or similar platforms) to create Instagram-ready content.
• Ability to analyze Instagram data and make data-driven decisions to improve engagement.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• A self-starter with a proactive attitude, looking for a long-term opportunity to support brands.

Bonus Skills:
• Experience with influencer management and outreach.
• Familiarity with other social media platforms beyond Instagram (e.g., TikTok).
• Experience with email marketing platforms and funnel building.
