Key Responsibilities:
• Prospect for New Clients: Research, identify, and create new client leads that require direct placement services.
• Cold Outreach: Conduct outreach via phone,
• Lead Qualification: Qualify leads by assessing their hiring needs, decision-making power, and budget to ensure they align with our ideal client profile.
• Set Appointments: Schedule qualified meetings or calls between potential clients and the sales team to discuss how our recruiting services can meet their needs.
• Maintain CRM: Track lead generation activities, contact information, follow-ups, and progress in the CRM (Salesforce) system to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Follow-up Efforts: Persistently follow up with leads to nurture relationships and move prospects through the sales pipeline.
• Collaboration with Sales Team: Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads and provide feedback on lead progress.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in B2B lead generation, business development, or sales development with familiarity with the recruiting industry is required.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively engage decision-makers.
• Experience using CRM (Salesforce) for lead management and tracking.
• Self-motivated and driven to meet and exceed targets.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
