Job Overview:
We are looking for a HubSpot Expert to assist with onboarding, integration, and the setup of automated workflows within our CRM system. This project-based role will involve helping us streamline processes, create stages for client management, and automate tasks. You will also provide guidance on how to use HubSpot’s tools effectively, helping our team become self-sufficient in managing the platform.

Work Experience:
Successfully integrated HubSpot systems for various clients, automating workflows, CRM setups, and creating custom sales and client management stages.
Guided clients through the onboarding process, including setting up e-mail, pipeline automation, and workflow optimization.
Trained teams on HubSpot's automation tools, ensuring they could independently manage their tasks after project completion.

Key Responsibilities:
Onboarding & Integration:
Assist in the seamless onboarding and integration of HubSpot with our existing systems.
Ensure all tools are properly set up and integrated for efficient use across departments.
Work on automated workflows for sales, and client stages to streamline operations.
Workflow Automation:
Create and automate processes such as email sequences, and client management stages.
Set up automation for meeting scheduling (e.g., Calendly) and ensure it integrates smoothly with HubSpot.
Provide step-by-step guidance on creating and managing stages for various client workflows.

Training & Support:
Teach the team how to use HubSpot effectively, especially in setting up automated workflows and client stages.
Offer training and documentation to ensure our team can manage ongoing HubSpot tasks independently after the project completion.
Qualifications:
Proven experience with HubSpot onboarding, integration, and automation.
Expertise in setting up and automating workflows, email follow ups, and client stages within HubSpot.
Familiarity with integrating tools like Calendly and other third-party applications into HubSpot workflows.
Ability to teach and provide support to team members on HubSpot automation and client management processes.
Strong communication skills and the ability to guide a team through technical onboarding.
