Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Sales Support Specialist / Appointment Setter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background and experience in appointment setting, enabling them to effectively engage with clients, send follow-up communications, manage upsell opportunities, and maintain client satisfaction. You will play a key role in facilitating smooth communication between the sales team and our clients, assisting with both daily outreach and after-sales care.
Key Responsibilities:
• Send 10-20 Client Success/Follow-Up
• Monitor and track
• Review upcoming orders and prospect upsells, aiming to send 5-10 upsell texts/emails daily and 20-40 weekly.
• Conduct 5-10 DMs on social media platforms and outreach via phone or
• Ensure all sales
• Conduct client care calls and send after-sales follow-up
• Send upsell messages to potential clients and follow up with clients requiring ongoing communication.
• Set a monthly goal of achieving 5-10 upsells and monitor successful upsells using tracking tools.
• Reach out to clients via
• Encourage virtual staging and other services through daily outreach efforts.
• Utilize tools such as Rela, Monday, Zapier, and OpenPhone to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
Skills and Experience Required:
• Proven experience in sales support, appointment setting, or client success roles.
• Strong sales background with a track record of effectively closing deals.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to respond to clients quickly and effectively.

• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail to track and manage multiple client interactions.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
• Proactive mindset with a focus on increasing client satisfaction and fostering long-term client relationships.
• High energy and enthusiasm with a proactive approach to upselling and client engagement.
• Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
Other Qualifications:
• Experience in real estate, media, or a related industry is a plus.
• Familiarity with virtual staging or real estate marketing services.
