Job Overview: We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Amazon Inventory & Customer Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing various aspects of our Amazon Seller Central account, including inventory management, case management, monitoring customer reviews, and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:
Manage and monitor 3PL and Amazon FBA inventory levels, ensuring stock is replenished as needed.
Handle Amazon case management, resolving any issues related to orders, refunds, and product performance.
Regularly monitor and analyze Amazon customer reviews, addressing feedback and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Provide top-notch customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving complaints via
Collaborate with our team to learn and implement new software tools to improve processes.
Qualifications:
Experience with Amazon Seller Central is required.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Fluent in English, both written and verbal, with excellent communication skills.
Willingness to learn new software and adapt to evolving e-commerce processes.
Familiarity with split testing is a plus.
Work Hours: This is a full-time remote position. Working hours will be flexible but should have some overlap with U.S. business hours.
