As a Recruitment Account Coordinator at Outsource Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in simplifying the hiring process for our clients by managing end-to-end recruitment. This includes conducting client intake and sales meetings, understanding their hiring needs, and ensuring that we deliver top-tier talent from the Philippines.

Responsibilities:

• Lead client intake and sales meetings to identify the client's recruitment needs.
• Facilitate the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and placement.
• Client management which includes handling complex issues and resolving replacement requests from clients to ensure client satisfaction.
• Foster strong relationships with clients, maintaining transparency and regular communication.
• Collaborate with other team members to produce excellent results, embodying our core value of Synergy.
• Track recruitment metrics and take accountability for delivering exceptional outcomes.


Required skills and qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment and account management.
• Strong communication skills for client interaction and team collaboration.
• Commitment to delivering excellent work in line with our core values.
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects efficiently, prioritizing simplicity in solutions.


Preferred skills and qualifications:

• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software specifically Manatal.
• Familiarity with talent sourcing techniques, including LinkedIn and other online platforms.
• Strong negotiation and client management skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• A proactive attitude with a desire to continuously learn and improve.


Nice to have:

• Experience working in a recruitment agency.
