We are seeking a results-driven and experienced Real Estate Virtual Assistant with a proven track record in cold calling to support our real estate team. The ideal candidate will be adept at administrative tasks, possess excellent communication skills, and have a strong background in engaging with leads through cold calling.
Responsibilities:
1. Cold Calling:
• Conduct outbound cold calls to potential leads and prospects.
• Qualify leads by gathering relevant information and assessing their real estate needs.
• Set appointments for real estate agents based on lead qualification.
2. Data Entry and Management:
• Input and update lead information, client details, and other relevant data into CRM systems.
• Maintain accurate and organized records of cold calling activities.
3. Client Communication:
• Respond to inquiries from leads and clients via phone and email.
• Provide information on property listings, market conditions, and other relevant details.
4. Appointment Scheduling:
• Schedule property viewings, meetings, and follow-ups with potential clients.
• Coordinate with real estate agents to ensure seamless appointment scheduling.
5. Document Preparation:
• Assist in drafting and proofreading real estate documents, contracts, and agreements.
• Ensure all documentation complies with legal requirements and company standards.
6. Market Research:
• Stay updated on real estate market trends, property values, and competitor activities.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on market research.
7. Administrative Support:
• Handle general administrative tasks, including organizing files, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation as needed.
8. Social Media Management:
• Assist in managing social media accounts to promote property listings and engage with the online community.
• Create and schedule posts to enhance the online presence of the real estate business.

Qualifications:
• Proven experience in cold calling within the real estate industry.
• Previous virtual assistant experience is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of real estate processes, terminology, and legal requirements.
• Proficient in MS Office suite and CRM systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized with attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
