What will you do?
As a List Management/Email Marketing specialist, you will play a critical role in coordinating and scheduling our email campaigns. We need your expertise to manage these campaigns effectively. This includes determining the appropriate emails to send, target audience selection, and establishing optimal frequency.

While we have a strong foundation in place, we continuously seek opportunities for improvement. Scheduling email campaigns involves making informed decisions and coordinating various aspects to ensure seamless execution.

Responsibilities

Email List Monetization
Collaborate with the team to establish the email broadcast calendar based on campaign performance and company objectives.
Optimize automated email sequences, including cart abandonment campaigns for leads/prospects and monetization journeys for all subscribers.
Coordinate with joint venture partners to identify revenue opportunities and streamline operations.
Ensure campaign optimization, explore new revenue streams, and oversee list hygiene.

Reporting & Analytics
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), adjust the calendar and priorities as needed to support monthly revenue targets.
Continuously improve metrics through systematic split testing of campaigns and email content.
Analyze offer metrics and collaborate with advertisers to optimize campaigns.
Monitor, test, and triage to ensure effective delivery of marketing campaigns to subscribers' inboxes.

Preferred Skills
Minimum of 2 years of work experience.
Experience in email marketing preferred, or a background in internet/digital marketing.
Strong attention to detail is crucial due to the technical nature of the work.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
Comfortable with math and data analysis, including calculating and comparing metrics, and making decisions based on split test results.
Excellent writing and proofreading skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google sheets.
Familiarity with affiliate marketing is a plus.
