Creative Strategist

Hi,

I am looking to hire a full time creative strategist to join my business. I am the CEO of a fast growing womens jewellery brand with 15 employees and I need to work closely with a creative strategist who can come up with ideas for Facebook / Meta ads and deliver them to the team


We are based in London so our timezone is GMT + 1


Responsibilities:
Develop creative concepts for ad campaigns.
Analyze performance data to inform new ideas and reiterate existing ones.
Write detailed creative briefs for the videographer, video editor, and graphic designer.
Stay updated on trends, competitors, and platform changes (e.g., Facebook, Instagram).
Collaborate with other departments (e.g., customer feedback, sales trends) for relevant insights.
