Position: Virtual Assistant with Human Resources experience
Budget: $350 per month
Work Hours: 5 hours per day

Overview:
I am seeking a highly organized and motivated Virtual Assistant to help manage my job search and content creation efforts. The ideal candidate should have Human Resources experience and be well-versed in managing job applications, creating professional profiles, and utilizing AI tools like ChatGPT for content creation. The goal is to apply for Customer Success and Scrum Master positions, focusing on both remote and onsite opportunities in the Raleigh/Durham area.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Job Application Management
- Create and maintain profiles on various job portals and company websites.
- Apply for Customer Success and Scrum Master roles, targeting mostly remote positions but also onsite roles in the Raleigh/Durham area.
- Track and manage responses, ensuring timely follow-ups and next steps.

2. Content Creation
- Use ChatGPT to draft articles focused on Customer Success, Scrum, and related topics.
- Post articles on my personal website, LinkedIn, and other relevant social media platforms to build my professional brand.
- Ensure content aligns with my experience and professional style.

Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience in Human Resources, with expertise in job applications and candidate management.
- Strong communication skills and familiarity with job portals and social media platforms.
- Ability to use AI tools like ChatGPT for generating high-quality content.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to track and manage multiple applications efficiently.

Compensation:
- $350 per month
- 5 hours of work per day
