We are looking for a Twilio expert to join our team on a full-time contract, with a focus on supporting a US-based client. Your role will involve troubleshooting and managing the general operation of SMS campaigns. You'll be responsible for ensuring seamless delivery and performance of SMS communication, identifying and resolving any technical issues, and optimizing campaigns for maximum effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Twilio's SMS platform.
Manage the daily operations of SMS campaigns, ensuring smooth execution.
Collaborate with the client to optimize SMS workflows and improve campaign performance.
Monitor delivery rates, analytics, and campaign results, and provide actionable insights.
Work closely with the client's team to address any questions or concerns regarding the SMS campaigns.
Qualifications:
Proven experience with Twilio, especially in managing and troubleshooting SMS campaigns.
Strong understanding of SMS marketing strategies and best practices.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work with a US-based client, including adjusting to time zone requirements as needed.
