Job Responsibilities:
1.Respond quickly to phone calls and live chats on cross-border e-commerce platforms, addressing pre-sale and post-sale inquiries.
2.Assist in contacting customers regarding order information, logistics issues, negative reviews, and positive feedback invitations via phone or SMS.
3.Record customer complaint information, promptly report anomalies, and actively communicate feedback with departments.
4.Organize various work-related forms and SOPs, and complete other tasks assigned by superiors in a timely manner.
Job Requirements:
1.Fluent in spoken English with strong listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills; English should be a first or second language, primarily handling calls in English.
2.Proficient in common office software such as Word and Excel.
3.Familiar with the company's after-sales handling principles and strive to resolve customer issues within company guidelines.
4.Detail-oriented, responsible, and proactive in work.
5.Willing to follow the company's business arrangements, including night shifts and adapting to evening work hours.
