JOB OVERVIEW

We're an orthodontic clinic in Western Australia seeking an online administrative specialist in the Philippines to manage patient documentation and correspondence.

About the Role:
* Managing incoming reports and correspondence for patients
* Transcribing patient information into patient files
* Following up patients by email and SMS in advance of their appointments
* Managing email correspondence from patients and practitioners
* Preparing and dispatching patient documentation

The role is full-time, working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday. This is a long term position working with our front desk team who are based in Perth, Western Australia.

Skills & Experience:
* Excellent English communication skills - both written and speaking
* Background or experience in the healthcare. medical or dental industry
* Bachelors degree
* >2 years experience in a similar role is preferred
