Product Research: Assist in identifying potential products and niches based on market trends and competition analysis.
Listing Optimization: Help create and optimize product listings, including titles, descriptions, bullet points, and keywords for SEO.
Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, assist with inventory replenishment, and coordinate with suppliers.
Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries, manage reviews, and handle returns in a timely and professional manner.
Data Entry & Reporting: Maintain accurate records and generate reports on sales, inventory, and performance metrics.
Market Research: Conduct competitor analysis and gather insights on market trends to inform business decisions.
Ad Campaign Support: Assist with setting up and managing Amazon PPC campaigns and tracking performance.
Qualifications:
Experience with Amazon Seller Central and e-commerce platforms is required.
Strong research and analytical skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing principles is a plus.
