REAL ESTATE VIRTUAL ASSISTANT

We are looking to add a Real estate virtual assistant to join our team at Prime Landvestments LLC.

Our business is solely focused on buying and selling vacant land in USA. We are looking to hire an A-player Real estate virtual assistant who has real estate experience, has a great eye for details, and is VERY good with numbers.

Your role will primarily focus on underwriting deals. This involves analyzing the market in a specific area and determining the market value (or sale price) of a subject property.

Qualifications needed:
-Previous experience as a real estate virtual assistant
-must have worked in the real estate industry
-possess a high level of attention to detail
-previous experience in a role requiring working with numbers
-Very good with numbers and reading data
-Fluent in speaking and writing english
-goal oriented and self motivated
-coachable and open to feedback
-hungry for professional growth

Schedule:
This is a full time position. Your hours will be between business operating hours of 9:30 am EST - 5:30 pm EST.

Pay:
$8/hour ($1,390/month) + bonuses per deals closed by our company
