Virtual Assistant

For our dropshipping business we are looking forward to hit 7 figures this year. Therefore, we are looking for a well developed Virtual Assistant with experience in the dropshipping industry Fashion products and in the EU market to be part of our organization, this is for a long term application and will become a full time position.

You must understand the whole process and must be highly developed in communication. Therefore, please apply with the word strawberry before you introduce yourself. Read on to find out what tasks we expect you to perform, as well as the experience we feel is necessary for this job.

We are looking for a dedicated and consistent product lister that wants to help the business go to the next level.

- Do you have experience working with Shopify?
- Do you have experience with Excel?
- Have you ever used slack or discord for communication?
- Are you available for 2-6 hours, 5-7 days a week?
- Do you have a keen eye for detail? If so please give an real life or work life example of this?
- Are you disciplined / consistent? When did you show this to yourself in your real life or work life?
- Do you have experience working with PayPal disputes and Shopify chargebacks?

As a Virtual Assistant you have:

- Experience in Shopify (Must)
- Experience with Shopify dropshipping stores EU fashion market (MUST)
- Experience in quality checks (Must)
- Experience with supplier communication (Must)
- Good communication skills (Must)
- Experience with workflows like trello, monday.com etc. (Must)
- Experience with PayPal disputes and Shopify chargebacks (Must)
- Experience with Poky / Kopy (pre)
- Experience with ChatGPT (pre)
- Experience with different communication platforms (Discord or Slack)

Your duties will be:

- Managing Excel sheets.
- Managing quality checks.
- Contact with supplier and customer support team.
- Managing cost prices.
- Being aware of the process and making sure there are no delays.
- Handling PayPal disputes and Shopify chargebacks.
- CONSISTENCY AND EYE FOR DETAIL IS KEY
