Core Responsibilities
Content Creation (40%)
- Transform blog posts and podcasts into engaging social content
- Create video content using Canva/CapCut
- Design graphics for multiple platforms
- Assist with newsletter curation

Social Media Management (40%)
- Manage Instagram and LinkedIn accounts
- Create and schedule content
- Drive community engagement
- Track performance metrics

Administrative Support (20%)
- Coordinate meetings across time zones
- Manage webinar/podcast logistics
- Organize digital files and systems
- Track project progress through notion

Must-Have Requirements
- Strong internet connection (minimum 10 Mbps)
- Minimum 75% availability during PST hours
- Proficiency in: Canva, Google Workspace, Written and spoken English
- Professional home office setup
- 1+ year of relevant experience

Nice-to-Have Skills

- Experience with Notion
- Newsletter management
- Podcast production experience
- AI tools familiarity
- Content repurposing expertise
