Job Description:

We're seeking a skilled YouTube SEO and Channel Manager to optimize and manage our YouTube channel for maximum visibility and engagement.

Responsibilities:

SEO Optimization (40%):

1.? ?Conduct keyword research and analyze competitor channels.
2.? ?Optimize video titles, descriptions, and tags for better search rankings.
3.? ?Ensure video thumbnails meet YouTube's guidelines and are attention-grabbing.

Channel Management (30%):

1.? ?Develop and implement a content calendar.
2.? ?Schedule and publish videos.
3.? ?Manage channel analytics and track performance metrics.

Content Creation Support (15%):

1.? ?Assist in researching and suggesting topic ideas.
2.? ?Help develop video scripts and outlines.
3.? ?Provide feedback on video content.

Community Engagement (10%):

1.? ?Respond to comments and engage with viewers.
2.? ?Monitor and manage channel comments.
3.? ?Encourage viewer interaction.

Requirements:

1.? ?1+ year of experience in YouTube SEO and channel management.
2.? ?Strong understanding of YouTube's algorithm and guidelines.
3.? ?Familiarity with keyword research tools (e.g., TubeBuddy, VidIQ).
4.? ?Analytical and problem-solving skills.
5.? ?Excellent communication and organizational skills.
6.? ?Ability to work independently.
