We're seeking a talented Digital Marketing Strategist with strong copywriting skills to join our team. This role will focus on email marketing strategies, SMS campaigns, blog content, social media copy, and will work closely with our designer to create cohesive and compelling marketing materials.

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Strategist who can develop and execute effective marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email, SMS, blogs, and social media. The ideal candidate will have a flair for persuasive copywriting and a deep understanding of digital marketing best practices. You will work closely with our designer to create visually appealing and engaging content that elevates our brand presence.

Responsibilities:


Email
Marketing:

Develop and implement email marketing strategies to drive engagement, conversions, and customer retention.
Craft compelling email copy, subject lines, and calls-to-action.
Collaborate with the designer to create visually appealing email templates.
Set up automated email sequences (welcome series, cart abandonment, post-purchase follow-ups).
Analyze email campaign performance and optimize based on data-driven insights.
SMS Marketing:

Create and manage SMS marketing campaigns to engage customers effectively.
Write concise and impactful SMS copy.
Monitor and analyze SMS campaign metrics to improve performance.
Content Creation:

Write engaging blog posts that align with our brand voice and marketing goals.
Optimize blog content for SEO to improve organic search rankings.
Develop content calendars for blogs and social media platforms.
Social Media Copywriting:

Create compelling and shareable social media posts for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
Work closely with the designer to ensure visuals and copy are cohesive.
Engage with our online community by responding to comments and messages when appropriate.
Collaboration:

Partner with the designer to produce cohesive marketing materials across all channels.
Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure consistent messaging and branding.
Provide creative input on marketing strategies and campaigns.
Analytics and Reporting:

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) across all digital channels.
Prepare regular reports and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
Stay updated on digital marketing trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
Compliance and Best Practices:

Ensure all marketing communications comply with relevant laws and regulations (e.g., CAN-SPAM, GDPR).
Implement best practices for deliverability, engagement, and conversion optimization.
Requirements:

Experience:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing, specifically in email and SMS marketing, copywriting, and content creation.
Proven track record of successful digital marketing campaigns and content strategies.
Skills:

Excellent copywriting skills with a focus on persuasive and engaging content.
Proficiency in Klaviyo email marketing platform and SMS marketing tools.
Strong understanding of SEO principles and how to optimize content for search engines.
Experience with social media platforms and content scheduling tools.
Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
Basic understanding of HTML/CSS is a plus.
Communication:

Excellent English language skills, both written and verbal.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to proofread and edit content thoroughly.

Experience with video marketing is a plus.
