Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Manager of Property and Owner Records Data to lead our efforts in building a comprehensive database of commercial buildings and their owners across 20 U.S. states. In this role, you will collaborate closely with senior management and our data entry team to define the criteria for the properties we’re targeting and manage a team of data entry personnel to ensure the accuracy and completeness of owner records including emails, phone numbers, and social media profiles.

The ultimate goal is to create and maintain a precise, up-to-date database that can be leveraged for direct marketing purposes. You will then work closely with our marketing vendors to coordinate the distribution of marketing materials and manage the tools and resources necessary for database development.

Key Responsibilities:

Database Development:
- Collaborate with senior management to define property criteria and data needs.
- Oversee the collection of property and owner data across 20 U.S. states, focusing on commercial buildings.
- Have data entry team Identify and collect building owner contact information, including emails, phone numbers, LinkedIn, and Facebook profiles.

Data Management:
- Lead and manage a team of data entry staff to clean, verify, and standardize owner data.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity in the database, continuously updating and refining records as new information becomes available.
- Develop and implement data quality assurance processes to maintain 100?curacy of the database.

Tool Management:
- Research and recommend data tools and technologies necessary for efficient data collection, storage, and maintenance.
- Manage a budget to procure relevant data tools and hire staff.

Collaboration and Coordination:
- Work with marketing vendors to ensure the successful deployment of direct mail campaigns targeted at building owners.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure alignment on data objectives and marketing initiatives.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Management, Real Estate, Business, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in data management, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Strong knowledge of commercial real estate, property ownership structures, and data sources.
- Experience in managing teams, particularly in data entry or data management roles.
- Familiarity with data sourcing tools and techniques for finding owner contact details.
- Proficiency in database management tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, CRM systems).
- Excellent organizational skills with a strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
- Experience with direct marketing and working with external vendors is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits:
-$1,450 USD per month + incentive pay
