As a digital marketing specialist, you will manage and optimize our marketing efforts across various platforms to drive traffic, conversions, and growth. The ideal candidate is someone who has experience with social media ads, e-commerce platforms, and understands data-driven marketing strategies.

Skills required:
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and digital marketing strategies.
- Ability to analyze data, draw insights, and implement strategies to optimize performance.
- Proficiency in creating visually appealing product mockups and content.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent English
- Ability to work 9AM-5PM Eastern Standard Time

What you’ll be working on:
- Creating and managing advertisements across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
- Developing promotional campaigns to boost engagement and conversions.
- Analyzing ad performance and making recommendations for optimizations
- Managing our website and Etsy catalogs by adjusting pricing, running promotions, and ensuring products are presented in an attractive and conversion-optimized manner.
- Monitoring performance, adjusting product listings, pricing, and ad spend based on data.
- Researching trends and products to improve our catalogs

STARTING PAY:
Trial Period of 1 Month: $3.50/hour
Regular pay: $5.00/hour
