Hours: Part-Time, 4 hours per day, USA Eastern Time

A fast-growing D2C startup in the supplement industry is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team. We are looking for someone with a strong background in the supplement industry and experience handling sensitive customer inquiries. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support across multiple communication channels, including social media, help desk, and live chat.

Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer messages across social media platforms, help desk, and live chat in a timely and professional manner.
Address sensitive customer inquiries and concerns with care, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively answer customer questions related to our supplement offerings.
Collaborate with other team members to resolve customer issues and provide feedback to improve processes.
Ensure consistent, accurate, and thoughtful communication aligned with our brand voice and values.

Qualifications:
Experience in the supplement industry is a must.
Previous experience in customer service, particularly with handling sensitive or confidential inquiries.
Strong written communication skills, with the ability to multitask across various platforms.
Ability to work 4 hours per day during USA Eastern Time.
High level of empathy, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
Familiarity with social media, live chat, and help desk systems.
