Customer Success - Texting & Support - German B2/C1, English C1/C2

We have been in the market for 3 years, and our clientele spans across the globe, with a strong presence in Germany and in Europe, USA as well as the middle east.

Job Description

We are looking for a talented and organized English & German Customer support & texter to join our team. You will be responsible for engaging in meaningful conversations on behalf of our clients across various social media and dating apps, including WhatsApp, Tinder, Bumble, and Instagram. Your role will involve creating engaging, personalized messages that reflect our clients' personalities and help them establish genuine connections.

Responsibilities:
- Working Times: Mo - Sa 12-4pm and 6-9pm CET (after first 1-3 months of weekend support only), part-time, later full-time, we are open for suggestions
- Working Times: Saturday & Sunday (12-2 pm, 6-8pm CET, 1 weekend off per month), 24 hrs total per month
- We are open for full-time, part-time and weekend help based only. You send us your ideas, thank you and we can talk about them, please be specific when talking to us and see your exact wishes and requirements, thank you

Write and manage scripts and messages in German & English for our clients on dating apps and social media.
Understand the client’s personality and adjust messaging accordingly to establish a genuine connection.
Maintain an organized workflow while managing multiple client accounts.
Coordinate with our team to ensure clients' needs are met in a timely manner.
Track progress and report on successful interactions or areas for improvement.
Stay up-to-date with trends and best practices in online dating and communication.
Requirements:

Fluency in German (minimum B2 level in writing) and English (minimum C1 level).
Excellent written communication skills in German and English.

Empathetic and socially skilled; able to understand different personalities and tailor communication accordingly.
Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple client profiles simultaneously.
Calm and patient, with the ability to handle different scenarios smoothly.
Creative, positive, and forward-looking, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Experience with dating apps, social media management, or similar roles is a plus.
