Will manage all aspects of Hotels marketing efforts. This includes external and internal marketing of the hotel. Candidate will help coordinate implementation on new websites. Must have strong Microsoft Office experience. Work well this others. Project oriented. Report to ownership on progress, attend weekly meetings. Knowledge of the Web Site Optimization , SEO, HTML, Social Media. Some coding experience would be useful.
Responsibilities
Use social content to create a consistent brand message and voice.
Research audience preferences and discover current trends
Create content and product marketing strategies driving e-commerce business to optimize brand sales.
Create exciting content including flat lays, reels, etc.
Develop weekly content calendar and write copy
Negotiate and execute contracts for paid promotions with influencers, google ads, etc.
Build relationships with Influencers, ensure timely execution of talent deliverables and track ROI
Stay up-to-date with changes in all social platforms ensuring maximum effectiveness
Orgnize and execute internal marketing efforts across our F&B outlets
Liaison third party vendors working to bring more traffic to our hotel and food outlets
create digital images, content and copy for all hotel departments
Hold monthly meetings to review the impacts of all marketing and SEO across multiple hotels
Skills
Expertise in multiple social media platforms
In-depth knowledge of SEO, ROI, keyword research and Google Analytics
Ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video)
Familiarity with online marketing strategies and marketing channels
Ability to gasp future trends in digital technologies and act proactively
Excellent communication skills
Multitasking and analytical skills
photoshop, illustrator, lightroom and photography a plus
