Marketing Manager | Nordstick

It’s because of this demand we are now looking for an ambitious and data-driven Marketing Manager to join our fast-growing team. You’ll work in collaboration with our Founder / CEO to manage our paid media platforms worldwide.

How you’ll contribute:
As a Marketing Manager at Nordstick, you will be responsible for managing our Meta ad campaigns and collaborating with our creative team to ensure that our ads are both data-driven and creatively compelling. You will:
Ad Campaign Management:
• Set up, manage, and optimize Meta ad campaigns, focusing on driving revenue and customer acquisition.
• Analyze ad performance daily and make adjustments to maximize effectiveness.
• Stay current on Meta Ads policies, trends, and new features, and implement best practices.
• Manage ad budgets and ensure daily spend stays within limits.
• Creative Strategy and Collaboration:
• Develop creative briefs for video editors and graphic designers to ensure the creation of compelling ad creatives.
• Collaborate with the video editor, graphic designer, and eCommerce Manager to execute high-performing ads.
• Work with the CEO to analyze ad account performance and adjust creative strategies accordingly.
• Regularly review ad creatives to identify new angles and concepts for testing.
• Data-Driven Decision Making:
• Track key metrics like CTR, conversion rates, and ROAS to guide optimization efforts.
• Provide regular performance reports to the CEO, highlighting opportunities and areas for improvement.
Growth Opportunities:
While your primary focus will be Meta ads and creative briefs, this role has the potential to expand into broader marketing responsibilities, including overseeing the entire digital marketing strategy in the future.
What you’ll need to succeed in this role:
Experience: 3+ years of experience in Meta ad management, with proven success in driving eCommerce revenue.
Creative Understanding: Experience creating or guiding the creation of ad creatives, including video and graphic content.
Analytical Skills: Ability to read ad performance data and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns.
Collaboration: Strong team player, able to work closely with the creative and eCommerce teams.
Proactive: Always thinking of new ways to improve campaigns and test new strategies.
Flexibility: Willing to wear many hats and grow into a broader marketing role over time.

Bonus points for:
Experience in the fitness or wellness space.
Basic skills in video editing or graphic design to effectively communicate with creative teams.
A hunger for growth and continuous learning.

Working hours: 40 hours per week.
