Key Responsibilities:
Disputing negative items on credit reports
Preparing and sending dispute letters to credit bureaus
Communicating with creditors, collection agencies, and credit bureaus
Monitoring client credit reports and updating clients on progress
Maintaining accurate client records in CRM software
Providing administrative support as needed
Requirements:
Proven experience in credit repair or a similar role
Strong communication skills in English
Proficiency with credit repair software and CRM tools
High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Reliable internet connection and computer setup
