Amazon Account Manager

Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and talented Amazon Account Manager(Privat label) to join us on a full-time basis (40 hours per week). This long-term position involves managing an account that sells exclusively in the USA market.

Key Responsibilities(not limited to):

-Graphic Design: Collaborate and negotiate with freelancers' project base to create engaging product images, labels, packaging dielines & designs, A+ content, and other graphic materials.
-SEO Optimization: Perform keyword research using Helium 10 to enhance product listings.
-Copywriting: Craft persuasive and conversion-focused sales copy (titles, bullets, descriptions) with a strong SEO emphasis.
-SOP Development: Create and improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
-Customer Analysis: Review negative feedback to identify product quality issues and request removal of non-compliant reviews.


Requirements:
-Fluent in spoken and written English
-Minimum 2 year of experience with Helium 10
-Proven track record as an Amazon Account Manager
-Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills
-Additional Amazon-related skills such as PPC management will increase your chances of getting hired.
-Reliable internet connection and a high-spec PC
