Role Overview:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Graphic Designer specializing in creating compelling ad graphics. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of visual storytelling and the ability to translate brand objectives into eye-catching and effective advertising creatives. This role involves designing digital and print ads for various platforms, ensuring brand consistency, and driving engagement through visually appealing designs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Ad Creative Development: Design high-quality ad graphics for digital, social media, and print campaigns, aligning with marketing strategies and objectives.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines, maintaining visual coherence across all channels and platforms.
- Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with marketing, copywriters, and product teams to deliver cohesive ad campaigns that resonate with target audiences.
- Conceptualization: Generate innovative design concepts for advertising that engage and convert, based on creative briefs and campaign needs.
- Optimize for Platforms: Adapt designs for various advertising formats (social media ads, banner ads, print ads, etc.), ensuring proper sizing, resolution, and compliance with platform specifications.
- Creative Leadership: Mentor junior designers, providing constructive feedback and guidance to elevate team output.
- Stay Updated: Keep up with industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices in advertising design to deliver cutting-edge visuals.
- Quality Control: Ensure the final creative output is polished, error-free, and delivered on time.

Requirements:
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio of ad graphics (digital and print).
- Software Proficiency: Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools.
- Ad Platforms: Familiarity with advertising platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, and programmatic networks.
- Typography & Layout Skills: Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles, with a keen eye for detail.
- Creative Problem Solving: Ability to translate complex ideas into visually appealing, clear, and concise designs.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and collaborate effectively with teams.
- Adaptability: Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field is preferred but not required.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Motion Graphics: Experience in creating animated ad graphics or GIFs is a plus.
- UI/UX Knowledge: Understanding of basic UI/UX principles and how design impacts user engagement.
- A/B Testing: Experience working with marketing teams to test and iterate on creative for performance improvements.
