As a e-commerce start-up, we’re looking for a talented Creative Strategist to join our team and help us continue to expand our reach.

What We’re Looking For:

We’re searching for an experienced Creative Strategist with a passion for performance-driven marketing and a proven track record in writing high-performing ad scripts. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, especially in Facebook Ads, and will be able to turn data insights into actionable, creative content that drives results.

Key Responsibilities:

- Writing engaging scripts for UGC (User-Generated Content) advertisements and social media posts across platforms, focusing on Facebook and Instagram.
- Analyzing Facebook ad performance metrics, including CPC, CPM, CPA, Scroll Stop %, Hold Rate %, and other relevant data points.
- Using data analysis to develop new scripts and strategies to optimize ad performance and improve campaign outcomes.
- Collaborating with the design and marketing teams to ensure alignment with broader brand goals and creative vision.

What You’ll Bring:

- Proven experience in writing scripts for UGC ads and social media posts.
- Strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of Facebook Ads Manager and key performance metrics.
- Ability to translate hard data (CPC, CPM, CPA, Scroll Stop %, Hold Rate %) into creative solutions for better performance.
- A proactive and innovative mindset with the ability to adapt to fast-changing trends and demands.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
