Vacation Rentals Property Manager

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Vacation Rentals Property Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing multiple vacation rental properties, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maximizing property performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Utilize property management and project management tools effectively to streamline operations.
Follow, update, and improve existing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure smooth operations.
Monitor and enhance guest reviews and overall operational performance.
Ensure all properties are well-maintained and guest-ready at all times.
Market properties effectively through various channels, including listing websites and social media.
Set competitive pricing strategies based on market trends and property features.
Respond promptly to guest inquiries and maintain excellent communication throughout their stay.
Coordinate cleaning and maintenance services between guest stays.
Manage online bookings and synchronize calendars across multiple platforms to prevent double bookings.
Provide regular performance reports to property owners.
Requirements:

Proven experience in managing multiple vacation rental listings.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in property management software and online booking platforms.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Customer service-oriented with a passion for hospitality.
A bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or business administration or a related field is preferred.
