About Us:

We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Appointment Setter to handle inbound and outbound calls from prospective clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage inbound calls from prospects, answering inquiries and providing information about our services.
Conduct outbound calls to pre-qualified leads and set appointments for our cybersecurity consultants.
Keep CRM systems updated with accurate client information and appointment details.
Consistently follow up with prospects via phone and email to maintain engagement.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to coordinate outreach efforts.
Clearly communicate the benefits of our cybersecurity services, leveraging the founder’s unique background as a reformed hacker.

Requirements:

Excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written) are essential.
Previous experience in appointment setting, inside sales, or customer service.
Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks and follow-ups.
Familiarity with CRM tools and appointment-setting software.
Interest in IT and cybersecurity is a plus.
Ability to handle rejections with professionalism and persistence.

Working Hours:

Full-time, fixed hours (no flexibility).
Must be available during business hours based on the company’s timezone (9am-5pm U.S. Central Time).
