Role title: SEO Specialist

Key duties & requirements
-Develop optimisation strategies that increase the company's search engine results rankings
-Research SEO keywords to use throughout the company's website and marketing materials
-Monitor performance metrics to understand SEO strategy performance
-Efficiently communicate with the team to align goals – responsiveness on
-Assist with the preparation of high-quality website and social media content
-Work with the team to update website content and website links for maximum optimisation and search engine rankings
-Create a Google Business Profile and LinkedIn Posts
-Assist with social media posts
-Assist with the preparation and scheduling of marketing
-Perform website updates and changes using WordPress
-Utilisations of page builders (Elementor, Divi, WP Bakery, Beaver etc..)
Knowledge/Skills/attributes
-Two to three years of experience in successfully developing and executing SEO campaigns
-Understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking methods
-Experience with SEO industry programs, such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, Looker Studio
-SEO Tools: Ahrefs, SEMRush, Screaming Frog, WordPress SEO Plugins (Yoast, RankMath, SmartCrawl etc...)
-Knowledge of keyword research and data mining tools
-Able to complete competitive analysis of other companies within the industry
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Comfortable analysing high volumes of data on a regular basis
-Strong knowledge and experience of WordPress and other CMS platforms
-Strong knowledge of SEO fundamentals
-Strong knowledge of HTML
-Technologically savvy and ability to learn new skills quickly
-Strong understanding of hashtags, links and basic SEO functions and the digital world
-Excellent English skills (both spoken and written)
-Knowledge and experience with digital platforms and the digital industry
-Strong computer skills, Office 365/Google suite of tools
-Attention to detail, time management and multi-tasking
-Website migrations (server to server)
