**Job Description: Part-Time E-commerce Specialist (Philippines-based Contractor)**

**Overview:**
We are an emerging apparel brand focused on making a positive impact on food access and education, starting with a line of kids' clothing. We are looking for a skilled E-commerce Specialist based in the Philippines to help us launch our brand through a series of clothing drops, building demand, and generating an email list over an initial 3-week period.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Shopify Store Setup:** Assist in the creation and setup of our Shopify store, ensuring it aligns with the brand's mission and vision. This includes product listings, payment gateways, and overall website optimization for conversions.
- **Social Media Marketing:** Develop and implement social media marketing strategies on Facebook and Instagram to promote the brand and clothing drops. Create engaging content that resonates with our target audience (parents of young children).
- **Digital Promotions:** Identify and promote the brand in other relevant online spaces, such as parenting forums, kids' fashion communities, and influencer networks, to maximize visibility and create a buzz around our launch.
- **Campaign Management:** Manage and track the success of the initial clothing drops to move approximately 50 pieces in waves, while also focusing on building an email list for future marketing campaigns.
- **Customer Engagement:** Monitor and engage with potential customers across social media channels to build brand trust and loyalty. Respond to inquiries in a timely manner to provide an excellent customer experience.
- **Reporting:** Provide regular reports on sales, social media engagement, and campaign performance, offering insights and suggestions for optimization.

**Qualifications:**
- Minimum of 3 years (5+ preferred) experience in e-commerce management and digital marketing, specifically for apparel brands.
- Previous experience working with kids' fashion/clothing brands is a plus.
- Proficiency in setting up and managing Shopify stores.
- Strong background in social media marketing, with proven success in building brand presence and driving sales on platforms such as Facebook and Instagram.
- Ability to identify and leverage additional online spaces for brand promotion.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for detail and brand storytelling.
- Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

**Contract Details:**
- **Position:** Part-time, contractor role (remote, Philippines-based)
- **Duration:** Initial 5-week launch phase, with the potential for ongoing work based on performance and brand needs.
- **Compensation:** Competitive hourly rate, commensurate with experience, plus potential bonuses based on meeting sales and marketing targets.
