Vera Outsourcing is committed to enhancing business operations with expert virtual assistants and specialist services. We are urgently seeking a skilled Bookkeeper (Female) with expertise in Shopify e-commerce management to join our team.

Role Overview:
The Bookkeeper will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing accounts payable and receivable, and handling inventory and logistics for our e-commerce operations. This role requires proficiency with QuickBooks and a clear understanding of inventory management and order processing.

Key Responsibilities:
Process orders and send them to suppliers.
Review supplier responses regarding stock availability.
Obtain approval for orders.
Update order status to "Ready for Shipping" in QuickBooks once approved.
Track and manage shipping details provided by manufacturers.
Create and print shipping labels.
Generate invoices in QuickBooks after shipping labels are completed.
Update shipping information in the spreadsheet.
Other related tasks.

Required Skills:
Expertise in QuickBooks.
Experience in bookkeeping for an e-commerce business is a must.
Proven experience in bookkeeping and financial management.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and within a team.
