As a IT Sourcing Recruiter (Non Voice) at Noyce, you are responsible on a daily basis for finding good IT staff on LinkedIn. It is important that you understand LinkedIn well and It is essential to have expertise in one of the following IT categories: Data, .NET, PHP, Java, Python, DevOps, Infrastructure, Front-end, or Back-end.

You will send connection requests to promising profiles daily and engage them with an appealing message to encourage them to reach out and schedule a final appointment. If they do not respond, you should withdraw the connection request and resend it or follow up with repeated messages. Additionally, you will utilize LinkedIn tools like Upgrade to see actual info to obtain accurate email addresses for contacting these candidates via email. It is also crucial to keep track of everything in our CRM system, as we use Bullhorn. We are looking for someone with perseverance who can meet high targets and work independently.

Furthermore It’s essential to be creative in crafting messages and able to translate them into Dutch. Being skilled with ChatGPT to send the right messages is also a big plus!
