Requirements:
• Amazon Enthusiasts: At least 6 months of Amazon experience or if not, you have a training certificate available.
• BPO Experience: A minimum of 2 years in the BPO industry, showcasing your ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
• Amazon Seller Central: Previous experience is a plus but not a deal-breaker – we value your willingness to learn!
• FBA & Listing Creation: Familiarity with FBA and listing creation is a plus, but don’t worry if you’re new – we’ll provide full guidance and support. All copy, designs and product details will be supplied, so you can focus on building your skills.
• Positive, Enthusiastic Attitude: You may not have years of experience, but you will need a positive attitude with enthusiasm to learning new skills and supporting your colleagues.
• Strong Communicators: English speaker (native, bilingual, or fluent).
• Organisational Whizz: Strong administrative and organisational skills are essential.
• Microsoft Excel: Some experience with Excel is helpful, but don’t worry if you’re still mastering it.
• Newbies Welcome!: We’re open to fresh talent ready to grow with us.
• PH-Based Applicants: Currently residing in the Philippines.

Desirable (but not required):
• Research, Creation, and Follow-Up of Seller Support Tickets: Experience in handling Amazon seller support is highly desirable.
• Experience within a marketing agency.

Tasks Not Included:
• PPC (Pay-Per-Click advertising)
• Product research
• Keyword research

Tech Requirements:
• A reliable PC or Laptop with an i5 processor (or equivalent) and at least 8GB RAM.
• Noise-cancelling headset for clear communication.
• At least 25 Mbps internet speed, with a backup internet/power source preferred for uninterrupted work.

Salary Package:
• Offering a competitive salary starting from P25,000 per month during the 3-month probationary period.
• Upon being hired full-time, your salary will increase to P30,000 per month.
