What You Bring to the Table:
Advanced Graphic Design Skills: Expertise in color theory, layout composition, typography, the Fibonacci sequence, and the golden ratio. You should know when to use whitespace, how to create visually balanced designs, and why certain colors provoke specific emotional responses.
Fast-Paced Agency Experience: You’ve thrived in environments where tight deadlines and last-minute changes are the norm. You know how to keep your cool and deliver killer content even when the heat is on.
Basic Front-End Skills: You’re not a coder, but you know enough HTML and CSS to make sure your designs come to life just the way you imagined when a WYSIWYG editor falls short.
AI Tool Mastery: Experience with AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, MidJourney, and others. You use them to prototype quickly, iterate, and refine designs faster than the competition.
Bonus Points:
Copywriting Knowledge: While you don’t need to be the next Gary Halbert, you should be able to create basic copy that supports your visuals and tells a compelling story.
Motion Graphics & Animation Skills: The ability to add life to your designs with animation is a big plus.
Video Editing Proficiency: Basic to intermediate skills in video editing, capable of piecing together captivating 30-second reels and shorts that engage and convert.
