We are a US-based junk removal company looking for a full-time, home-based customer support agent to work with our customer support & sales department.
Your daily responsibilities would include:
- Send a daily report detailing completed and ongoing tasks.
- Take inbound sales calls, customer requests and/or complaints and make outbound calls
- Respond to customer questions via phone call,
- Provide service quotes & make sure to do a follow up with the leads.
- Book new jobs, reschedule &/or update service jobs in our booking calendar system.
- Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions

This is a full-time position. You need to have excellent English skills with minimal to no accent. If you have a thick accent please do not apply.
Work hours will one of two options, whichever you are able to do: Either 4 days a week 6am-6pm MST (Thursday-Sunday) or 7 days a week with less hours per day, 2-8pm MST (we will discuss your schedule with you during the interview). Minimum of 40hrs and up to 50hrs if you would like.
Pay: $4.50/hr. to start, with the ability to earn up to $5/hr + bonus commission based on performance.
