JOB OVERVIEW

We are a forward-thinking investment bank with over 40 years of expertise and $8 billion in total transactions. We are seeking a proactive Inbox Appointment Setter to join our team and help manage scheduling and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will manage appointment requests from email, LinkedIn, and other platforms.

Responsibilities:

Schedule and confirm client meetings from inbound email and LinkedIn inquiries.
Maintain calendars and coordinate availability with stakeholders.
Manage administrative tasks like data entry, inbox management, and client follow-up.
Qualifications:

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficient in email and calendar management software.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Experience in investment banking or finance is a plus.
