Customer Service Specialist (Shopify, Gorgias, ShipBob)

We are looking for an additional customer service support agent for our global Dental e-commerce company.

The job will initially involve working within Gorgias to address inquiries from US customers using set answers to answer the easier questions. Following this, your role will expand to answering more complex questions across all our regions.

There is the potential for much more diverse work for a top performer.

Candidates must have multiple years of experience with customer service.

Experiences required:
Must have experience with Gorgias
Must have experience with Gmail
Must have experience with Shopify

Preferably experience with Shipbob
Preferably experience with Royal Mail platform
Preferably experience with Google docs/sheets
